How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped on business days ONLY. The processing time is 2-3 business days. We use USPS to ship and depending on where you are located shipping will typically take 2-7 business days.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently, we are only shipping within US boundaries. In the future International shipping will be available.

What if I typed in the wrong shipping address at checkout?

Email us at [email protected] ASAP. However, if the item has already shipped out, there is nothing we can do.

What if my package is lost?

If you package is lost please contact USPS to start a formal investigation for your package. After we ship your package out, we release ourselves of all liabilities associated with that package.

What if I don't like the product(s)? 

Unfortunately, everything does not work for everyone and we understand that and we ask you to also take that into consideration before you order.

Can I make changes to my order?

Due to the high demand of our products, we can not amend or change your order after it has been received because it is already being processed.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do offer wholesale products upon request. Email us at [email protected]

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, gift wrapping is offered during certain holidays like Christmas or for birthday gifts, add gift wrapping for an extra charge at checkout.
