Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS ARE NOT PERMITTED UNLESS THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR SENT BACK BY USPS

Any product or item purchased from Tamarind Hill & Co. That came damaged upon arrival is eligible for an exchange within 24-48 hours of delivery with proof of damage (pictures of damaged parcel). 

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped on business days ONLY. The processing time is 2-3 business days. We use USPS to ship and depending on where you are located shipping will typically take 2-7 business days.

3-day shipping is ONLY VALID ON normal business days (weekdays). If you order an item on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. The 3-day shipping period DOES NOT begin until that following Monday.

Pick-Up & Drop Off is ONLY Available on regular operating business days. These two options are not available during the weekend (Friday-Sunday) and it is only permitted between the times of 4pm-8pm. Unfortunately, we use our weekends to fulfill our online orders.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently, we are only shipping within US boundaries. In the future International shipping will be available.

What if I typed in the wrong shipping address at checkout?

Email us at [email protected] ASAP. However, if the item has already shipped out, there is nothing we can do.

What if my package is lost?

If you package is lost please contact USPS to start a formal investigation for your package. After we ship your package out, we release ourselves of all liabilities associated with that package.

What if I don't like the product(s)? 

Unfortunately, everything does not work for everyone and we understand that and we ask you to also take that into consideration before you order.

Can I make changes to my order?

Due to the high demand of our products, we can not amend or change your order after it has been received because it is already being processed.
